MAIN RELATIONS OF THE JOB:
External Customers: Clients.
Internal Customers: Client Compliance Quality Manager, Market Director, Plant Manager, Management Factory Board, General Quality Team, Plant Quality Teams, BDMs, CDMs, R&D.
Suppliers: Client Compliance Quality Manager, Clients, General Quality Team, Plant Quality Teams (mainly).

MISSION OF THE POSITION:
Develop those tasks which help to assure that finish products achieve and comply with the clients’ requirements, policies and expectations. Also complying with internal and external quality standards, and legal requirements.

SUBSTITUTE OF THE POSITION:
Client Compliance Quality Specialist or Client Compliance Quality Manager.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSABILITIES:
•Quality contact person for those more demanding clients, in those cases that Client Compliance Quality Manager decides to delegate it.
•Support to ensure all raw materials and packaging used in product manufacturing process, comply with clients ‘policies, requirements and specs.
•Support to ensure that all manufacturing process comply with clients ‘requirements. Review and assure that all factories´ process comply with control and supervision policies and requirements from clients
•Support to ensure that all products produced or sold by Cerealto, comply with clients ´policies, requirements and specs, since the R&D Development process start up to the moment that product is validated by the client.
•Support factories to overcome clients ‘audits, and those audits required by clients out of facility scope, and a follow-up plan to correct the unconformities if they are risen.
•Support the training of the teams in the different processes and procedures related to clients’ requirements.
•Management of clients’ complaints; support risk assessment/management information and work, together with facilities Quality teams, in action plans.
•Support to management and training in specific IT tools of clients.
•Propose changes in the defined processes to contribute to the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the manufacturing process of products.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
•Desired experience of at least 2-3 years in Quality areas or in positions related to Quality in plant environment
•Preferred experience in multicultural teams and environments
•Preferred experience in a multinational environment
